Tickets are mainly available on TIXR (Link can be found on the city page) and also via Oztix. We may also host tickets on some other sites such as See Tickets.
Please note: Tickets purchased from any unofficial channels such as Viagogo, Stubhub and Tixel or via websites such as ebay, gumtree and social media, cannot be guaranteed entry and may put you at risk of being turned away from the event.

The only difference in tickets is the pricing. We like to offer tickets at a discounted price on a first come first serve basis. All tickets are for the same time, and give the same experience.

We offer complimentary carers tickets.
Please purchase the ticket/tickets required for yourself, then send us an email with your order number and proof of disability. Once this has been received, we can issue the complimentary carers ticket.
Please claim your tickets at least 2 weeks before the show date, to avoid any issues.
If our shows sell out, we cannot issue any more carers tickets due to capacity reasons. Please make sure you contact us in advance for this.

We have a no re-entry policy at all events. This means that once you leave you can not re-enter the event.
Last entry for all outdoor events will be 6pm -
The cost of admission is the fee for Entry, this helps us cover costs such as – hire charges for the venues, lighting, set up and the musical entertainment. There are also cleaning, insurance, security and administrative costs.

Booking fees are not something we are in control of, the ticket partners add ticket fees and are their fees for processing the tickets.

Refunds will not be issued for any reason unless in the event of cancellation or rescheduled dates. However, if you have bought a ticket that you then find you can’t use, you can transfer it to a friend.
In the event of a cancellation, exchanges and refunds will be processed according to AU consumer law.
Please note that if you have a promotional discount code these will only be available for a short amount of time. You must also use these codes at the “Your Details” section of the buying process. Unfortunately these codes cannot be entered retrospectively.
Not entering a discount code at time of purchase is not grounds for a refund on tickets unfortunately.

Unfortunately not, you can not bring your pets.
If you have a guide dog or support dog, please contact us and we can then make sure everyone at the event is aware and can make provisions if required. -
Only small umbrellas will be permitted in to the event.
Any large umbrellas will be refused at entry.
Please note, umbrellas are not permitted to be used whilst in front of the stage or in the amphitheatre, however, can be used in other areas around the venue provided they are not blocking people’s view.

Picnic blankets are permitted.
Unfortunately we do not allow anything along the lines of Small Marquee, Tents, Tables, Trolleys, due to safety.
NO chairs of any kind are allowed.
These items will be refused at entry and we have no provision to store them for you.

The venue is accessible for attendees; however, terrain may be difficult in places. Companion cards are available for those that need support at the event.
Accessible toilets and an accessible viewing area is available on site.

No, we do not allow this. We have some amazing food and drink on offer so we do not allow you to bring your own food.
Baby food will be allowed into the event.

Alternatives will be available for those who have dietary requirements (V, VE, GF) with most of our vendors.
This will include; GF rolls, vegetarian and vegan meat alternatives.

Clothing, costume or personal effects that may be considered culturally inappropriate and/or impede the view of those around or behind you
